Takealot and Anker Soundcore weak product

I bought Anker Soundcore headphones from them in February 2024. A month after using them, one side broke on its own from proper use. I reported and sent back the product to Takealot as it was still under warranty. They sent them back and said the headphones show user damage. I disputed the matter since 18 March until late April. I even sent them Video proving there was no user damage. Takealot refused to listen to my story and stuck to user damage.
