takealot - an online company without an e-mail address?

They cancelled above order after trying to deliver on March 20th & 21st (EFF day & a public holiday!) when I was closed & incommunicado at Tembe Ele Park. They could have delivered on Wednesday but using the same EFF brains they cancelled the order. Even worse I cannot contact them. What major online company doesnt divulge their email address?
