TAKEALOT AM I A JOKE TO YOU???

Returned my Techgeeks tv box as it kept switching off. Take a lot advised me that they will be arranging a replacement box. THEN THEY REPLACE WITH AN OLDER BOX... WHAAAAAAT!

I dont understand how you would do this , especially when the pandemic is rife!! Clearly this box is coming from someone else's house! Who is to blame if God forbid we get contaminated by YOUR NEGLIGENCE!!
