Takealot= Alot of bull stories

After receiving the wrong product i returned it to takealot so after 2 days i got a email notifying me my account has been credited when i check my account R0 credits so i did sent 7 emails 2 got the same answers we will look into it i did sent them a message on Facebook as well got empty promises again. I suggest people to pay COD for a order and check the items before paying them because it's easy to take money but you have to beg to get a refund...
