TAKEALOT ALLOWS THEFT AND ***** ON CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNTS

I was given a Takealot voucher from my insurance to replace a ****** cellphone. After having purchased the cellphone and relevant accessories, I still had a sum of credit on my Takealot account.

I woke up this morning to get an email stating that a voucher for the amount of R250 has been purchased on my Takealot account for someone who I don't even know and I did NOT do the purchase and basically, ***** and theft has been committed on my Takealot account.

Takealot, I DEMAND that this is investigated and that a case of theft and ***** is opened against the person who committed this crime. I also intend filing a charge at my local police station
