Takealot allows false advertising and ********* trade practice

I bought an Office Chair from 'Impreuna' due to the sale discount, but the seller just cancelled the order and increased the price. The order wasn't cancelled due to stock because the item is still listed, which means the price as advertised doesn't matter anymore. The platform has the option to advertise the price according to the sellers details but now it appears this isn't binding. Customer Service escalated the issue to no resolution. I consider this to be false advertising and ********* trade practice that is being allowed. Shame on Takealot for allowing this happen, I have been using their marketplace above all others, but no more.
