Takealot - All they care about is making money now!!!

My replacement was no different to the one I returned. I do not understand how does one can receive the EXACT same product with the EXACT same problems it came with?!?!?! I am extremely annoyed at the level of service I have received especially given that over the years all I do is write good reports on HelloPeter, well today is the day I write a bad one! It is only fair I let others know the other side of how customers are treated!
