Takealot air shipment bull****

Ordered a ps4 game..they canceled it due to it not being available and they refunded me R550 whereas I paid R771 for the game itself. I asked about it and I was told shipment fees were deducted...what shipment fees when I didn't even receive the game..what was shipped ,air?..bullsh**🚮
