Takealot A.I bad service level

I ordered a Cadac four plate gas stove top on the 31st of July from Takealot. I canceled the order on the 24th of August and requested to be refunded still waiting for the refund from Takealot. Because we still needed the product ordered from Makro on the 24th and received our order yesterday.
