Takealot aftersales is a disgrace

I have been waiting for almost a month now after returning items incorrectly purchased (sizes in this case), after calling the service centre numerous times, tried their online contact platform and even emailed - The same response is received each time: We’re looking into it, someone will call me back. Yes, I was at fault by choosing wrong size, but this timeous and ********** service, is farfetched. Have never had any issues with this establishment before - But purely based on this experience, Takealot can go fly a kite.
