TakeAlot after sales service is POOR

I bought a Smeg kettle viae Takealot in 2022. I logged a return to Takealot to either replace or repair my kettle after it started givinv issues.

The return was logged on 31 July, whereby the courier took the item the following day.

Iv been given information that the item will be fixed and that I should expect delivery of my kettle soon 2 weeks latter.

It the 1 of September 2023, I cannot get hold of TakeAlot, nor to they respond to my emails.

If I log into TakeAlot app, its states, the return service was concluded?

I have yet to receive a response and yet to receive my kettle!

This is very concerning and very frustrating!
