Takealot after sales service

I am very frustrated with the service I have received from Takealot. I ordered 17 items and on delivery 30/10/2018 we saw one packet was missing. After immediately contacting Takealot I was assured that the item would be delivered by Skynet as soon as possible. After numerous calls to takealot, with promises that someone will call me back with regards to this issue nothing happened. It has been more than a month now and we still haven't received the item. No one can tell me what is happening and when we will receive the item. I don't know how to proceed from here since contacting takealot doesn't yield results.
