Takealot after sales service 1/10

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund on an order, I have sent 4 email, and still no feedback. in general I have received excellent service from takealot, but lately trying to get hold of any after-sales service and get help, it has not beena good experience at all.

It states on my status return concluded, and I am still awaiting for the refunds
