Takealot after sales experience - POOR

I've been given a credit number from a supplier. The supplier said I must contact Takealot about getting a credit on my account. Takealot doesn't respond nor understands this credit procedure. The supplier also mentioned that they don't contact Takealot about this, and the process is very difficult. Difficult indeed. They only send me automated email responses. o contact number. They do not want to support any client services. And that's why I no longer will support this company. They owe most quite a lot of money still.
