Takealot After Incorrect Delivery service.

My order was incorrect, instead of the goods I ordered I received something completely different. I logged a query on the same day and instantly received a response saying they will look into it. I then sent e-mails requesting an update for the next 3 days with no response. I received a reply after 4 days stating I should log a goods return. It has now been 3 days since my specified delivery date and I do not have my goods.
