Takealot advertising JVC tv but sent me wrong model.

Ive bought a JVC 75" smart tv on takealot, i was so happy and excited because it was delivered in time with all the other items.

Just to my disappointment they sent me a different model of the JVC brand that i wanted. The one that i ordered are powered with Google but the one i received was Whale tv. The diffence is they advertised the JVC LT-75NQ7115A but I received JVC LT-75NQ7115B.

So ive logged a return and the tv was returned in no time, again i was excited for the one that was advertised and when it came it was the same Whale tv.

Im so mad and disappointed at takealot the way they handled this. I even reached out on their socials and they assured me i will received the correct brand and model but with no luck. Why going through all the trouble??

My fam was also disappointed and said I should rather stop wasting my time with them. The worst experience ever!!!
