takealot admin - non existence

I placed two orders on Sunday, was told one of the items would only be available on the 26th April, the other one(present for my 16yr old, which is on Sunday) would be available the next day for pickup, on Tuesday I got text message with some ******* about a qr code and all, went to pickup point today and the only parcel was the one that was only going to be available on the 26th, so my son will not be getting his present on Sunday thanks to what I can only assume is lacking admin department. Thanks takealot, no wonder people are starting to use Amazon more and more
