Takealot? Actually Takealong

Waiting a whole 2 days after paying for next day delivery. Notified the next day that the package has to be sent to the correct branch and will arrive some time during the next week. Thankfully a nice lady named Cleo has assisted me and escalated the issue concerning the delivery fee. Overall, a poor experience with the service, will not be ordering from takealot again.
