Takealot absolutely useless and have no management brave enough to speak to customers.

Takealot absolutely useless. I ordered and paid for an expensive intelligent vacuum cleaner. It die not work and I returned it on the 30th of December 3 days later after nagging they agreed that it can be replaced. I then get a mail and it says earliest delivery is 14 January they will send and sms. I query this long time and get tol warehouse is backed up. Two days ago I do a test and try to order a new one. Low and behold I can get it in two days. I send proof of this to them and they still maintain mine will be coming earliest the 14th. I have made 15 calls and multiple emails asking to speak to a supervisor. I get told they cannot put me through to one and can only send them a mail asking them to call me. At this point I believe that takealot has no supervisors as they just do not call. To all reading it is much better to ask for a credit and then order the item again. Asking for a replacement just puts it into a block hole.
