Takealot - Absolutely NO customer service

Been trying since 20/11/2018 to get feedback on a return. Dominique Gilbert , Tasneem Waggie, Pamela Guzana and tashreeqah dreyer are all *********** in their jobs. Not one of you got back to me and you all just closed the ticket. This must be the reason there is no contact number to be able to talk to someone at Takealot, they just dont CARE! Pathetic! You should change your name to "Loosealot"
