Takealot above the rest

I was a very frustrated customer but after the assistance from Bradley Barnes I was a happy camper.

I was unhappy with the stuggel to communicate with takealot staff. After sending a email raising my concerns Bradley called me and assured me he will send me contact details whom I can stay in touch with if I have any enquiries.

At the same time I was awaiting a delivery from a black Friday special, this was on the Monday after they went out of their way to make sure my order was delivered after the courier lost the original order.

10/10 for the driver that spend the whole day in Springs came back and was send again to deliver my order at 7pm.

Everyone was very helpful and tried their best to deliver the best possible customer service.

Great product and service from Takealot.
