I purchased a 100ml Obsession perfume for my wife for Xmas as she wanted it for some time now. She used it once [2 squirts] and knew it was a **** as there was little to no scent and whatever scent was present only lasted 5 minutes. I logged a return but was declined. Reason being that the product was opened. I explained to the agent in an e-mail that it had to be opened in order to be tested and then see that it was a ****. They are having none of my story and they are returning the product to me and a refusing to give me a cash refund. Very unhappy with their return policy
