Takealot

Takealot management does not exist. Due to there negligence, an incorrect package was Delivered in Mid December 2025. Driver advice me to log for an exchange. I currently have someone else's package on hand. I arranged for a exchange several times and 7 Drivers pop in till now and empty handed and was instructed to collect instead of exchange. I still yet to receive my original package ordered. I don't understand why this matter is so difficult for Takealot to arrange an clearly understood and confirm item exchange via email. I can just imagine how the owner of the parcel which I have must feel.. unbelievable.
