Takealot

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, knowing it would take a while to get here. On friday last week i got an sms and email stating that my parcel will be delivered on tuesday 02 June 2020. Tuesday came and went, no parcel delivered, so i left it for wednesday, On wednesday morning i tried to contact via Facebook and what numbers i could find as well as email. It is now Thursday still now reply as to where my parcel is. The tracking on the websit, on my account has not been updated since tuesday. I am frustrated beyond measure, as i have paid for the order. There is no customer service whatsoever.
