Cash ACCOUNT NUMBER: Order #*** SHORT DISCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT: If you do give credit, how would i replace that specs. This TV was sold by you as a new TV and it has been discontinued for more than 3 years. They had a special on the unit, that is the reason why I bought this in the first place. I bought this high end TV for a reason, now you tell me, there is nothing They can do about it, they are the seller. I want replacement value, not a credit, or give me a credit I can use to replace the spec I need. How can they expect me to understand this? This is something I did not do to the TV, but you that sold it as new to me, and this would never be fixed, no matter the warranty period. So now they tell me I must keep this TV or take the credit. How would this fix anything? I sit with a brand new TV that does not exist anymore, that was on a great special, now i must take a credit that will never replace the spec, and for that i need to top up, the only TV that actually have the same specs with not to bad price is the TCL C755 55", and that is R10 000. Now you tell me, what must i do, if i did ask for this issue.
Details of steps taken to resolve the complaint: I do not want a credit; I want a replacement TV with the same high-end specifications. The credit will not suffice, as I purchased this TV for a specific purpose. This model has been discontinued for years, and I acquired this one in July this year during a special sale. It was an exceptional deal, as the price was originally R16000. Therefore, I insist on a replacement TV with the same high-end specifications, not a credit. Attached is a special again on the same TV just to show how much they sell it for. What outcome proposed for this complaint?
