Takealot

Yesterday the 25th of April 2025 I bought a floor rug(mat) at Takealot paying with payflex, the money was deducted. Now this morning I wake up with an email from Takealot that my order was cancelled tried to email them but it is an automated email, the cancel my order without reimbursing me. And I've been trying to reach them with no luck
