Takealot *****

I was ****med by being sold a phone that is now black listed by Takealot. No accessories were included. They are claiming otherwise. It's been a back and forth from the time this matter was escalated to them. A refund was due to rectify the ***** and inconvenience. The phone was returned in a brand new condition.

I demand immediate attention regarding this case and only expect a refund to solve this matter. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
