Takealot, a waste of your time

Two weeks on and I still have not received a full refund on merchandise incorrectly supp****. What irks is that Takealot do not have a complaints email or number, they prefer to hide behind technology.

No problem. I know NEVER again to purchase anything from Takealot, as they seem to frequently mess up one's order.
