Takealot, a total *******!!

On the first of November, I logged a return request as the product I ordered was not the exact one I wanted. We the dropped off the product at the Ottery drop off, the guy who received it from us opened and checked the box to make sure that all the accessories is included. He then approved it and accepted the product. After numerous follow ups, they now claiming that 2 parts is missing, which is not the case. It is now the 28th of December, and I still don't have my refund as requested or a replacement product!! Highly frustrating.
