Takealot a ****

I regret purchasing on takealot. My parcel was due for delivery today, they never pitched. No communication whatsoever. I wish I could have first read through your social media accounts before ordering. Many people are complaining about the same thing. Why is it so hard to deliver a service whereas you have Recieved payments. You need to be investigated. You can't take money from people and not deliver. It's just plain cruelty. I've escalated this with the ombudsman as well.
