Takealot, a real lot!

I bought a set of cheaper Phillips in ear buds for R500, they worked fine but then started disconnecting intermittently and there was occasionally an echo on music which was not there before. I see there are numerous reviews mentioning the same issues.

I sent them back (now over the years I've sent a few things back, NOT a single issue), this time, it took 17 days to get feedback that the supplier has tested them and they are 100%, so they'll be sending them back to me. Now I'm not going to BS about ****** ol R500 buds, so the fact that my word is now worth less than the supplier already gets me peeved, just credit my ****** Takealot account like I asked so I can by another set.

But no... so the snooty email from Takealot saying there is nothing wrong (according to the mighty super righteous supplier) and they'll be returning them to me...absolutely no thanks, they can keep them and put them where the sun don't shine!! And I'll take my business elsewhere (that after spending R30k odd over the last few years). But fine, ***** me over for R500 ***** ear buds.
