Takealot a pain

I ordered 4 things from takealot, after I had paid one of the items was cancelled because they did not have it and without my consent they decided to credit my account. When the remaining 3 arrived, one was a pair of Soviet shoes, I realised that in the box was one Soviet and another shoe DG. To return it I was asked if I want my account credited or a replacement and I opted for a replacement. The next morning I received an email stating that they will credit my account instead and then a follow-up email saying they did not have the shoes in stock anymore. What a waste of time and energy.
