Takealot A No Go

i have sent through a return to Takealot on the 14/01/2020. The return was received by Takealot and inspected. first they stated all the accessories(a cord) where not there, later they stated the box was not in good condition but the accessories was now there. i have been calling Takealot every 2nd or 3rd day also following up with emails and have only received emails stating they working on my query. its going onto 2 months i have not received my item a refund or a credit. when i call in i am put on hold for almost 45 mins. i honestly am xhausted trying to sort this out.
