Takealot- a need to improve

Make no mistake Takealot is a great online company and my experience having dealt with a number of online businesses are currently the best in Mzanzi. However, they need to improve in the return collection department. I have more than once experienced when two or more return items need to be collected on the same day, two separate collections will be made at great inconvenience to the client as no collection time is given meaning you need to stay home until they pitch. To make it worse one will collect one item then you must wait for another one to collect the other all on the same day or the second collection will simply send a sms at the end of the day saying they tried to collect but couldn't and will collect the following day meaning another day of inconvenience. They do not allocate collection at one address for the same day to one collector hence only two stars. Other than that Takealot delivers five star service
