Takealot a huge dissapointment

Worst shopping experience ever...

Bought aircon unit with delivery for Friday 8 June 2018.

Friday takealot informed me that unit was delivered to wrong courier .

Arrangements were allready made for installation on Saturday 10th .

Takealot promised an after hours delivery on Friday night. - NO SHOW

Saturday - NO SHOW

Sunday - NO SHOW

Monday - only half of the unit was delivered. No paperwork and no explanation ....

In the meantime I get amails daily to tell them how good their service is !!!!

Takealot is a terrible service provider and I will make sure everyone knows on every social media forum that I belong to.
