Takealot - A Frustrating Experience

Not sure if it is only me! The worst service from Takealot!! The wrong product was delivered, the return completed via the app, the return declined and the exact same wrong product re delivered a week later!! Then the frustration of each email being rep**** to via a different person, asking for a manager and no luck. Gggrrr!!! Hopefully the arrival of Amazon will bring some competition
