I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max deep purple on the 9th of January and when I received the was only a charging cable and the phone was nowhere to be found and i reported the matter immediately since then I've been taken from pillar to post there's nothing concrete the company is saying even though i was promised they'll return the item but everyday their escalating the matter
