Takealot a BIG *******, dont order from them.

I ordered a baby carrier, it took two weeks for them to inform me that they had issues with shipping and that my parcel was rerouted. By then I had already bought one. I went through the refund process and NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME OR CALL ME WITH REGARDS TO THAT. AND THE ONLY REASON I GOT THE CALL ABOUT MY PACKAGE WAS BECAUSE I CALLED AND WANTED A REFUND.
