TAKEALOT

I bought a smartphone on TAKEALOT which was delivered on the 29th of March. On the 3rd of April, I returned the brand new phone because it was faulty. It had an abnormally slow system (for a new phone) and it randomly kicked me out when I was using some apps.

Today is the 7th of April. They tell me that I returned an empty package, which IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. If the package was empty as they say, why was I not notified immediately?? Initially, I wanted the phone to be replaced. NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK. TAKEALOT is full of ****s, and it's clear they want to rip me off.
