On the 06th March I purchased a refrigerator that worth R17000 and paid R200 for a delivery fee and added R5 for donation They promised to deliver it on the 10th, they never did. I wrote hundreds of emails requesting the whereabouts of my parcel. They made a fool out of me sending me from pillar to post. I’m very livid about the service I got from Takealot. I want them to pay back my money
