Redmi note 12. Was delivered on 1st December 2023. Phone was overheating when charged and when used. And battery drains very quickly. The picture quality is poor. Log a return and refund on 3 December 2023. The refund was declined because the phone open . My question is how was I suppose to know the defect of the phone without using it and opening the phone. Take a lot really sucks and very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their phone
