Takealot

I ordered a dancing cactus from takealot. The toy wasn't working so i return the item on 28 November. 1st the item was lost at takealot, after a week they found it and the credit was passed. 9 December i submit my banking details for the refund. Till date the money was not paid back to me. I send several emails with no response
