Worse service possible.

It's not the first time buying from take alot I love doing online shopping with them but this is by far the worse , I have ordered goods from them 14june today is the 29th of June I am still waiting no email or any confirmation why my stuff is delayed ☹️. I tried contacting them yet no luck my stuff was to be delivered the 19th already I would like to request a refund .
