Takealot ****!!

I received an email with the following; THANKSALOT for your support!

We appreciate every visit, click and order placed during 2023! To say thank you, here is a R150 gift for you!

After choosing an item on the website, I entered the code for the discount gift. The code was rejected with message stating that it was no longer valid.

Since I never made use of the code, and the fact that it only expires on January 15th, I am stumped as to how the code can be invalid.

Attempts to get answers from Takealot have been in vane. No communication from Takealot at all!!!
