My rating is on the current order and not overall and my complain is about one order ,Previous orders done on time and correct.

I ordered a book at the reduced price but as payment went thru i paid the higher price ,i tried to resolve the issue directly with takealot but they keep on telling me nonsense.I proof the person wrong twice and still no credit on my acccount.Get your staff to investigate a complain before responding with a lie. I need my credit urgently, i see that takealot do not respond to hellopeter if i look at all the complains listed about takealot.
