Takealot ****

I feel ****med by Takealot. I lodged a return after they delivered a bad bike on 6 September 2024. I have been trying to get this resolved since 2024 and now they tell me that the request is more than a year old yet they are the ones who have been ducking and diving.

Can anyone advise because even the supervisors they are of no help and i cant get contacts for the higher up.
