Takealot

Purchased a kindle fire tablet. Faulty. They replaced the item. The new item wasnt registering. Spoke to an amazon consultant who confirmed the tablet was reported lost/******. Contacted takealot. Spoke to someone and after two attempts to find out whats going on, no one has gotten back to me. My tablet is basically useless.
