Takealot

I purchased 2 items from Takealot. Both items were poor quality. I returned the one product as it was damaged only to be told my return has been declined.

The product was opened and I noticed that some of the pieces were chipped. I put everything back into the box and I am told my return does not meet their return criteria. The product is basically an imported product which I am sure they don't even quality check before delivery. I will never use Takealot again!

Absolutely pathetic!
