Takealot

My pampers nappies were to be delivered on Friday the 21st of May with the rest of my items. This was not done. It was not included with the rest of the items delivered. I contacted takealot delivery team and they promised to get back to me that afternoon but didn't. I had to wait the whole weekend and two more working days for my delivery which finally arrived on 25/05/2021. The missing item was my babies nappies. I stressed it to them so many times how urgent this was and it was essential but they took a whole 4 more days to get this to me. Very unacceptable. So disappointed with the service I received. I eventually had to buy the nappies from another store because I couldn't wait.
