Extremely frustrated with Takealot's lack of customer service! Not only have I been rejected a review on their e-commerce platform twice, but now they go and delete my comment regarding falsely advertised products on their e-commerce store and cannot provide me with an answer as to why you are not refunding the already returned products?! After returning purchased items to them, all items worth R1196, I still don't know what the problem is?
